Classes listed here are ongoing group classes USA Mountain Standard Time
Anyone in the USA with internet can participate in ZOOM Classes.  First ZOOM Class is FREE. So come try it out!
Private Instruction also offered at pre-scheduled times.

MONDAY Gentle Yoga at Paradise Valley Park in Phoenix, AZ

8:30 AM to 9:45 AM  Weather permitting

Classes re-start on August 9th, 2021

Are you ready to transform your mind, body and spirit?  Then join us for a wonderful Gentle Yoga class where you can be you!  Everyone is encouraged to practice at their own level and modify as appropriate.  Stretch and strengthen as well as learn a little chanting.  Final Relaxation at the end.  Please bring a mat, a strap, and yoga blocks if you have them.

TUESDAYS Yoga Latte Class via ZOOM

11:30 to 12:15 PM TUESDAYS

Get in shape from the comfort of your own home or office!  Have a band or a Pilates Magic Circle you are not sure how to exercise with?  Well. then join us for 10 minute warm up with Yoga Poses & Pilates based exercises to strengthen your core.  Sign up via email. First class is FREE.

WEDNESDAY DiYOPi Class on ZOOM  (New Class)

8:30 AM to 9:15 AM (MST)

DIYOPI is a combination of Dynamic Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet.  All you need is yourself and a mat.  Moving in a fluid manner stretching to promote range of motion and balance. Come try it! First Zoom Class is FREE!

THURSDAYS Foam Roller Pilates via ZOOM

11:30 to 12:15 PM THURSDAYS

Get in shape from the comfort of your own home or office!  Have a 36 inch Foam Roller you don't know what to do with? Well, join us on Thursdays to learn some great exercises using it!  10 minute warm up with Pilates based exercises to strengthen your core.  Sign up via email. First ZOOM class is FREE.
