About the event
YOGA LATTE - mixture of Fitness, Yoga with Standing and Mat Pilates interwoven into the routine. This is a mind body class designed for toning, flexibility, and peace of mind. Please bring a Magic Circle if you have one, or there will be some available to borrow. Please bring sanitizer. Everyone is ecouraged to go their own pace.
It will be important we put our mats 8 feet or more away from each other to keep our social distance. I think most will feel more comfortable with 8 feet than 6. Masks are optional outside right now. Wear at your comfort level.
