About the event

This class focuses on cardio vascular health and functional movement.  We start with a warm-up, then a 30 to 35 minute low impact cardio, follwed by stretching for increased flexibility.  Please bring a mat or a beach towel for the stretching part of class, and a exercise band.  Exercise at your own pace, and take breaks as needed.  Please keep at least 8 feet distance between eachother.  Everyone takes responsibliity of their own body and belongings.
