About the event
3 PM Class taught by Karla Domokos is Yoga Latte a wonderful combination of Yoga and Pilates for beginner and intermediate students. Modifications are given for anyone needing a different way of achieving an exercise or pose.
4 PM Class taught by Bridgette Maria Bogedain is Yoga Therapeutics a lovely relaxing gentle yoga class for mind, body, and spirit.
When you participate in these classes you take responsibility for your own body and belongings.
Mats must be kept 8 feet apart and social distancing follwed. Please bring your own mat. For Yoga Latte please bring a Magic Circle, or you can sanitize and borrow one of mine. I will have sanitize wipes available.
Class is held at Paradise Valley Park- please come into main entance off of 40th Street, then turn right at the Swimming Center, then continue past the Skateboarding area, and then park on the Left. We are in the NE area of the park in the grass. Hope to see you there!
