Monday Morning Gentle Yoga in the Park

This class is for all levels, especially beginners or those who would like a more gentle class.  Please bring a mat to class.  It is also helpful to have a yoga block and a stap.  An exercise band can be used instead of a yoga strap.  Everyone is encouraged to practice at their own level and modifications are given and encouraged.  We practice on the NE side North of the Skateboarding park within the Paradise Valley Park in the grass under the trees.  Suggested donation is $10 per class or 4 classes for $36.  Please email or text Karla with any questions.
