Monday Morning Gentle Yoga in the Park

This is a great chance to get out of your home or office and get some fresh air, great stretching, and deep breathing in.  Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and eliminate or modify exercises to meet individual needs.  Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga strap.  Please keep 8 feet or more distance from other mats.  Social distancing is important during these times.  Masks are optional since we are outside and keeping more thank 6 feet distance, but this could change to mandatory at any time, so please bring one with you. Bathrooms are not open at the park, so please plan accordingly. Everyone participates at their own risk, and takes responsibility for their own bodies and belongings.  Classes are on a donation basis with a suggested donation of $10.  Thank you so much!  Let's stay safe and healthy!
