Classical Hatha Yoga at Paradise Valley Park

• Come to this Hatha Yoga class at Paradise Valley Park!  We will connect with Mind, Body, and Spirit!  For some it is easier to connect within outside in nature!  This is your chance!  Everyone is encouraged to honor their body!  Modifications are given or you can leave a pose out and just relax!  Please bring your own yoga mat.  Yoga blocks and a strap are suggested as well.  Hope to see you there!

When you attend class you are responsible for your own body and belongings

Drive past the Skateboard Park inside Paradise Valley Park, and then find a parking space.  We are in the grass past Skateboarding in the Northeast area of the park.  If you are early, then just wait for us!  Thank you so much!
