Come one and come all shapes and sizes to Karla's in person classes and/or online sessions.  She has been teaching Fitness since 1985!  Later she trained in Yoga and Mat Pilates to add more variety to her Fitness and Dance classes and Private Sessions.  She did take some time off to have 4 children, so she knows how to help you get back into shape after having children, or not having a fitness routine for while.  Come to a class, or book an online session today!

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness and having fun while you attain your goals. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.  I am an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Fitness Trainer, and Yoga Instructor.  In addition, I have training in Standing & Mat Pilates, Ballet Barre Fitness, as well as years of dance training. I look forward to meeting you!
